Paint Protection Film (PPF) is a clear, thermoplastic urethane film applied to the exterior surfaces of your vehicle. It acts as an invisible barrier against rock chips, scratches, swirl marks, road debris, UV rays and chemical contaminants.

Modern PPF is self-healing — minor scratches and swirl marks in the film disappear with heat from the sun or warm water. Our installations are backed by a 10-year manufacturer warranty.

PPF is a physical film that absorbs and resists impact damage — it protects against rock chips, deep scratches and road debris. Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that bonds chemically to your paint, providing hydrophobic protection, UV resistance and enhanced gloss, but it cannot absorb physical impacts.

For the best protection, many of our clients combine both: PPF on high-impact zones and ceramic coating over the top for easy maintenance and a superior finish.

Timing depends on the service selected. A partial front PPF package typically takes one day. A full body PPF installation takes two to three days. Ceramic coating alone takes one day, though we recommend 24 hours of curing time before the vehicle gets wet.

Paint correction is assessed case by case depending on severity and will be quoted at inspection.

For PPF, avoid automatic car washes with brushes. Hand washing or touchless washes are recommended. Avoid high-pressure water directly at the film edges. The film is otherwise extremely low maintenance and self-healing for light scratches.

Ceramic coating makes washing significantly easier — dirt and water bead straight off. A regular hand wash every two to three weeks is all that is needed to maintain the finish and longevity of the coating.

Yes. Our PPF installations come with a 10-year manufacturer warranty covering yellowing, cracking, bubbling and delamination under normal use. Ceramic coatings are warranted for the duration of the package selected (2 or 5 years).

Yes. When removed correctly by a professional, PPF does not damage the underlying paint. We use a heat-assisted removal process to safely lift the film. Paint underneath is typically in the same or better condition than unprotected panels.

We do not recommend attempting to remove PPF yourself as improper removal techniques can cause adhesive residue or surface damage.
